Parts Expeditor – JR Snider Plumbing & Water Treatment
Be Part of a Team That Sets the Standard
JR Snider Plumbing & Water Treatment has been a trusted leader in Northern Virginia for more than 35 years. Family-owned, employee-focused, and built on doing things the right way—we’re looking for a Parts Expeditor who takes pride in organization, accountability, and keeping operations running at a high level.
This role is critical to our success. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and want long-term stability with a company that invests in its people, this is the opportunity.
What You’ll Do
As a Parts Expeditor, you’ll ensure our field teams have the right parts at the right time—keeping jobs moving and customers satisfied.
You will:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials
Organize, label, and stage inventory for fast, accurate dispatch
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
Expedite parts for technicians and job sites as needed
Process vendor returns and maintain inventory documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts area
Follow all safety and VOSHA guidelines
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, organized, and proactive. This role requires focus, follow-through, and the ability to keep things moving even when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.
You’ll succeed in this role if you:
Show up consistently and take ownership of your responsibilities
Stay organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in a fast-paced environment
Follow detailed instructions and processes without cutting corners
Think ahead, solve problems, and take initiative without being asked
Stay flexible and adjust quickly when priorities or schedules change
Are comfortable learning and using new software and systems
Are physically capable of lifting 80–100 lbs and handling materials safely
Can spend extended time driving — up to six hours in a day when needed
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
This is a role for someone who values structure, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time — and who understands that reliability and effort make a real impact on the entire operation.
